La stagnatura del rame \u00e8 un\u2019arte inimitabile alla quale hanno dovuto inchinarsi anche i caparbi Cinesi. In apparenza sembra un procedimento semplice, richiede invece un\u2019approfondita conoscenza del materiale e una successione di fasi che solo la sensibilit\u00e0 acquisita con la lunga esperienza permette di eseguire con successo. In quest\u2019articolo andremo ad analizzare come stagnare il rame per creare una teglia da farinata, prelibatezza tipica ligure. Il Laboratorio del Rame di Genova ha iniziato la sua attivit\u00e0 nel 1860, con il bisnonno di Giancarlo Faccio che andava in giro a riparare pentole e casseruole, ma nei decenni si sono perfezionate molte lavorazioni, anche di elevato pregio artistico che prima di Giancarlo ha portato avanti per una vita il padre Alessio.
